At Calm & Co., we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed, shipped, and how we handle returns.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Time
Our current estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Due to a high volume of shipments, USPS and UPS may take longer than usual to process orders. If you're in a hurry, we also offer priority processing and express shipping options at checkout perfect if you need your order ASAP. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right — fairly, simply, and with care.
Eligibility Window
Requests for return, exchange, or partial refund must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges

Your first exchange is free (shipping both ways on us).

Additional exchanges will incur shipping costs.

All exchanges are processed through our U.S. Return Center.

To start an exchange, email calm.co.customers@gmail.com with your order number and desired size.
Final Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions, clearance events, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for full refunds.

They may qualify for a size exchange.
Refunds

Full refunds are only available for defective or incorrect items.

Because our products are intimate garments, returns for reasons other than defect or shipping error qualify for a 40 % partial refund or store credit only.

Please note: shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable, and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds are issued once approved by our team and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

We cannot ship to APO, FPO, or military addresses at this time.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once corrected.

Orders placed outside the U.S. are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
